What is a conjunctional agreement?

A conjunctional sale occurs when one agency has exclusive rights to a listing (an agency agreement is signed), and a different real estate agency finds a willing buyer for the property.

The Listings Factory acts as the listing agent for all of our properties so you as the selling agent would be selling in conjunction with us. 

The agencies will mutually agree to share the commission payable once the sale is confirmed. In the case of The Listings Factory, we have pre-negotiated commissions with vendors and we will split the commission 70/30 with your agency in your favour.
