How much is my commission?

One of the most exciting parts of being a selling agent, commissions! 

The Listings Factory has pre-negotiated commissions with all of our vendors and they vary depending on each vendor/listing. To see what the commission is, click on one of the listings and scroll down to the section named “Agent Notes”. Here you will find the following:

• Commission amount for this listing
• Any incentives the developer is willing to offer
• The payment timing for that commission

When an unconditional sale takes place, your agency will receive 70% of the agreed-upon commission. 

For example, if the commission amount was $25,000 and the commission was due on unconditional, your agency would walk away with $17,500. Which you then split with your agency in whatever agreement you have internally. 

Your commission will be paid from The Listings Factory to your agency on the 15th or 30th of the month depending on when we receive the commission from the vendor. 

In the case that the commission is paid stages, we will be keeping you up to date with payment progress from the vendor.
