Can I advertise/market The Listings Factory listings?

As part of the T&Cs, you are not to advertise listings publicly or contact vendors directly. Doing so will result in your account being cancelled! Since The Listings Factory is the agency that holds the listings, we have exclusive rights to advertise the listings.

Our agreements with the vendors inhibit any advertisement from selling agents. You may not advertise these on your own accord or contact the vendor directly. Breaching this rule could result in the termination of your membership as per the User Terms & Conditions.
